Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector based in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will conduct on-site factory inspections for textile and garment products, general soft line, ensure strict quality standards, and submit accurate inspection reports on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform On-Site Inspections: Conduct thorough quality checks on garments and textiles according to international standards and our specific client guidelines.
- Identify Defects: Pinpoint production errors, material defects, workmanship issues, and packaging discrepancies accurately.
- Follow AQL Standards: Apply standard Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) sampling procedures during inspections.
- Same-Day Reporting: Prepare and submit clear, detailed inspection reports in English on the same day the inspection takes place.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in garment and textile quality control/inspection.
- Excel, Word and using web app
- AQL Knowledge: Strong understanding of AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection standards.
- Language: Good written and spoken English (able to write clear inspection reports).
- Work Ethic: Punctual, professional, highly detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
