Description and Responsibilities

The Booking role serves as the cross-functional link between clients, factories, and the internal team, coordinating inspection schedules and communication from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as cross-functional liaison between clients, factories, and the internal team.
• Coordinate with factories to set inspection dates and follow up on assigned jobs.
• Collect and verify product information from customers before forwarding to QC.
• Communicate with inspectors before, during, and after inspections to ensure proper service execution.
• Liaise with factories on inspection performance, equipment needs, and schedule changes.
• Update clients regularly and arrange QC jobs according to their requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills across cultures and time zones.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Able to manage multiple bookings and changing schedules simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English for handling global clients.
