Description and Responsibilities

The Inspection Company is looking for a versatile IT / Web Developer to join our Philippine-based team supporting our international operations. This is an all-around role: you will help build and maintain our web platforms while keeping the office and our systems running smoothly.

We are a small, hands-on team. This is a great fit if you enjoy variety — switching between writing code, solving IT problems, creating content and helping colleagues across the world. We value a willingness to learn and a problem-solving attitude over years of experience, so fresh graduates and those early in their career are welcome to apply.

What you will do:

• Help develop and maintain our company website and internal systems (Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery)

• Maintain and troubleshoot our in-house systems

• Help manage our servers — deployments, uptime and backups

• Handle everyday IT tasks: creating email and user accounts, managing access

• Troubleshoot office PCs and network issues

• Provide remote IT support to colleagues in our other offices

• Create and update website content, blog posts and copy

• Help with on-page and technical SEO

• Keep documentation up to date

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate PHP — Laravel experience is a plus

• Comfortable with JavaScript and jQuery

• Familiar with HTML and CSS

• Eager to learn and able to figure things out independently

• Good written and spoken English for supporting our international offices

• Willing to take on both coding and general IT/office tech tasks


Nice to have (not required):

• TypeScript

• Experience with Linux servers or hosting

• Git version control

• SEO knowledge

• Content writing or basic graphics
